Cheri’s Testimony

Cheri was born in San Francisco to Israeli parents and grew up in Israel, surrounded by love and comfort. However, at the age of 12, her world was shaken by the Gulf War and her parents painful divorce. As her father became more distant and embraced a deeply religious path, Cheri found herself questioning the direction of her life. At 14, she told rabbi, “I don’t doubt there is a God, but your way isn’t the way to know him.”

After serving in the military at the Information Base, Cheri moved to the U.S. at the age of 20 to work as a Hebrew Speaker flight attendant, excited for new personal experiences but still searching for something deeper. During this time, she met a christian flight attendant whose strong, unwavering faith challenged Cheri to explore her own beliefs. In a moment of sincerity, Cheri prayed, “God if you have a son, let me know. And if not, forgive me for asking.” Three days later, Cheri had a powerul revelation: Jesus is real, and she was born again. For the first time, she experienced peace, love and joy like never before.

As Cheri began reading the Bible, she saw Jesus in the old Testament in ways that were clear and undeniable. She wanted to share this newfound truth, but in Israel, her father was met with resistance. Despite this, her life was completely transformed. Through Jesus, Cheri found healing, purpose and victory. Today, Cheri is happliy married, walking in faith and living with joy and peace. She knows that through Jesus, she is more than a conqueror. Her desire is to carry out the Great Commission and share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world.

Acting

As a child, Cheri had a passion for acting, which she later pursued in an attempt to turn it into a career. After participating in small projects, she shared her life story in Harper’s Bazaar and 40 Over 40magazine.

However, through this journey, Cheri felt God leading her back to her true calling-focusing on her ministry and the mission to share His love with the world.

Looking ahead, a future project is in the works to transform Cheri’s testimony into a film, channeling her passion for acting into a ministry-driven purpose, shifting the focus from personal gain to spreading God’s message.

Sinner’s Prayer

Dear God,

I come to You in the Name of Jesus (Yeshua). I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins.

The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that “Jesus (Yeshua) is Lord” and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved. (Rom. 10:19).

I believe with my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus (Yeshua) is the Lord and Savior of my life. Thank You for saving me! In Jesus (Yeshua) Name I pray. Amen.
